Experience
Chad Pugh is a partner in the firm's Litigation group. He represents clients in consumer financial services, securities, and commercial litigation matters. Chad has broad experience representing lenders and loan servicers in mortgage-related litigation arising from consumer protection laws, including the Truth in Lending Act, the Real
Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair
Credit Reporting Act, and unfair trade practices statutes.
Prior to joining the firm Chad served as director and counsel for Select Portfolio
Servicing, Inc. and was an associate at Goodwin Procter, LLP in Boston, Massachusetts.
During law school he was a judicial intern for The Honorable Ronald Nehring of the
Utah Supreme Court.
