Cameron L. Sabin
Experience
Cameron Sabin is a partner concentrating his practice in complex business litigation.
He has represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of civil trial and
appellate matters, with emphasis in corporate, real estate, intellectual property,
trust and probate disputes. He represents clients in trademark, patent, contract,
licensing and franchise matters. He also represents businesses and individuals in
securities litigation disputes, including shareholder derivative suits, dissenting
shareholders actions, and corporate control actions. He has also litigated disputes
concerning employment and franchise agreements, covenants not to compete, and
non-disclosure obligations. Cameron also represents both institutional and individual
trustees and/or interested parties in trust and probate disputes.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Cameron was a law clerk to the Honorable James E.
Baker, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, from 2002 to 2003. He was also a
