Glowney Experience John Glowney has represented franchisors in Washington state and federal courts in matters involving disputes with franchisees in a variety of industries, including automotive care services, janitorial services, real estate inspection services and leased employees. He has also defended franchisors against class action claims and in disputes with area representatives. His broad commercial litigation practice in the areas of real property disputes, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, secured transactions and general commercial litigation has given him extensive litigation and trial experience and expertise in Washington state and federal courts.
