Reed W. Morgan
Experience
Reed Morgan is a general commercial litigator with experience in a wide range of
complex litigation and business disputes including all types of contract and tort
claims. Reed has successfully represented clients through all stages of litigation,
arbitration, and mediation.
Reed has served as litigation counsel for a Fortune 500 company in the aerospace and
metal fabrication industries. In that capacity, Reed has had the unique opportunity to
provide advice and counsel on a daily basis to the company's senior business
personnel, thereby helping to facilitate favorable and cost-effective resolutions to
commercial disputes with vendors and competitors. Reed particularly enjoys and is
skilled at working with clients prior to litigation-when a commercial dispute is in its
Associate
infancy-so that he can advise his client how to best position itself to prevail in, or
avoid entirely, potentially costly litigation.
When disputes are not capable of early commercial resolution, Reed is ready and

settlement with a vendor to maintain a strategic relationship despite his client having
