PROPOSAL FOR USE OF CLIMATE SURVEY DATA
Submit this completed proposal to campusclimate@reed.edu. The Dean for Institutional
Diversity will enlist the expertise of the Campus Climate Working Group Subcommittee
to review your proposal and conclude whether or not your primary research questions can
be answered by the survey data. We will respond within 2 weeks from the date of your
submission.
Please be advised that an application to the Campus Climate Working Group
Subcommittee is the first in a two-step process. If your proposal is approved, we will then
refer you to the Reed College Institutional Review Board (http://reed.edu/irb/index.html),
which authorizes research projects involving human subjects. Thank you for your interest
in using data from the Climate Survey, and thank you for patience.
