SHARING GOOD PRACTICE IN LEARNING AND TEACHING:
CASE STUDIES WIKI TEMPLATE
==The Case Studies Template==
This should take about 30-45 minutes to complete with some previous preparation.
You can choose which questions to answer. If you do not know how to answer a
question, or would prefer to have help filling this out, simply contact Nadine Wills at
N.Wills@sheffield.ac.uk or (0114) 22 20428. She can provide some assistance with
writing your Case Study if you would prefer.
The Case Studies can be submitted as part of the Sheffield Graduate Award (alongside
other participation) for 20-30 points under the “Activities supporting the Institution”
section.
You will need to send this form back to Nadine Wills. It will be inputted into the Wiki for
you. The academic that your Case Study refers to will then be contacted so that they
can contribute their thoughts to the Case Study as well.
Please answer one question in each section and the relevant information such as your
complete contact details and basic details of the module. However, please note that if
you answered every question, your Case Study would most likely be too long. So
please do not make your answers too detailed or exhaustive. However, please
remember that the tone here, while informal, is supposed to be academic
The point of these Case Studies is to give people a taste and idea of what you did, not
a blueprint of your exact activities. This way, readers can get ideas from what they read
about in summary form and follow up with you if they are interested in serious
collaboration. In this way, it is hoped that this Project will encourage increased
communication and exchange as well as an archive of teaching and learning.
Thank you for your time.
