Monica S. Call
Experience
Monica Call is a partner specializing in litigation. Her practice focuses on corporate
governance, securities, professional liability, intellectual property, commercial
contract, business tort and employment disputes. Monica represents clients in
complex litigation in both state and federal courts. She also represents businesses
and individual clients in FINRA arbitrations, SEC investigations and corporate control
cases. Monica litigates license agreement, trademark and patent disputes and has
also assisted clients with internal investigations. She has successfully represented
clients in employment disputes involving covenants not to compete and nondisclosure
obligations.
Monica worked as an associate at Hunton & Williams LLP in Richmond, Virginia from
2004-2006.
