Craig Hale Experience Craig Hale advises clients on tax, corporate, and business and wealth succession planning, including start-up company formation and planning, federal, state and local taxation issues, closely-held business transactions, and other general business and tax matters. He regularly acts as outside general counsel for companies of all sizes, employing his broad international legal experience to a variety of issues that companies encounter on a daily basis. He also advises nonprofit corporations in corporate and tax compliance matters, as well as individuals in sophisticated wealth transfer and estate planning, charitable giving and probate matters.
