Experience
Adam Dittman is a partner in the firm's Corporate practice group. Adam counsels
businesses in several industries on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers
and acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, entity selection and formation,
general corporate governance and financing transactions. Adam also represents
businesses and individuals in real estate transactions and real property matters.
Adam dedicates a substantial part of his practice to representing timberland owners
and forest products manufacturing businesses in connection with several aspects of
their operations, including forest industry mergers and acquisitions, timberland and
timber resource transactions, credit and financing transactions and management
issues affecting timberland resources and wood products manufacturing operations.
