Classified Collaborative Issues Committee (CCIC) – The CCIC is comprised of the four campus Classified Senate Presidents, Past President, all Classified Union Presidents, including LRCEA, LRSA, and SEIU, and a manager representative of Human Resources. We meet periodically, ideally quarterly, to discuss issues and best practices that are not related to collective bargaining. The AVC of Human Resources Ryan Cox joined the CCIC meeting held on September 4, 2015. One issue that came up was how we might better help new hires get acquainted in their new role, with the campus, and common practices campus-wide and district-wide.
