Review the federal job process.

9. Track and follow up on your applications (contact the agency to find out
the status of application before closing date; create a file for each job that
you applied for and label it with job announcement number along with
the open & closing date).
10. Interview for a federal government job (interview includes 30 minutes
psychological evaluation, which includes 300 questions) Do not expect to
finish it and be honest when responding to questions. Situational
interviews are common practice with the federal government that focus
on the CCAR – context, challenge, action (how you overcame challenges),
results.
