You might wish to see all the messages in one conversation thread or all the messages in a forum. Begin by going to the Discussion board. You see the list of forums and how many messages are in each. Click on a forum link to enter its discussion space. You may have a single discussion thread in the forum or several threads. Make the subject line for each post you wish to collect visible on the screen. Click the plus signs to expand the main threads and branches inside the main threads. A quick way to display all the post titles is to click the “Expand All” button in the upper right, above the message section. Please a check mark in the box in front of each post you wish to compile. You can check all the boxes at once by checking the box at the very top of the column of boxes (above all the posts). Now click the “Collect” button. You can click Collect button on the top or the bottom of message list . IMPORTANT: Collected messages are posted in chronological order, which is NOT the same order as in the conversation threads that display in “threaded” view Threaded view ------------->>
