Lead Member Decisions (Part 1) (a) Funding Proposals to Support the Newlands Programme on the Lower Irwell Valley Improvement Area (LIVIA) Tim Jones (b) Exchange Greengate Planning Guidance That the draft Planning Guidance for Exchange Greengate be approved Chris Findley by the City Council, subject to the suggested amendments with regard to strengthening and clarifying the comments in relation to transportation, sustainability and urban drainage, as a basis for development control within the area, and for consultation with interested parties. (c) Demolition Contracts Review and Procurement Strategy (i) That authority be given to test the market for the development of a new procurement strategy for demolition works and for the Strategic Director of Housing and Planning, in conjunction with the Assistant Director of Procurement, Customer and Support Services, to agree the new strategy and implement the associated procurement process, including evaluation of submission/tenders and the selection of a shortlist.
