(ii) That a report be forwarded to the Chairman containing details of evidence of the effectiveness of the anti-skid treatment programme. (b) Additional Railtrack Incursion Works - Swinton D:\219515046.doc That consideration of this item be deferred until action is taken in relation to the concerns expressed by Councillor Barbara Miller with regard to Cromwell Road.
