Treatment Programme
2004/05
(i)
That ABS Surfacing Limited be requested to extend the City
Council’s specified anti-skid treatment programme for 2004/05.
(ii)
That a report be forwarded to the Chairman containing details of
evidence of the effectiveness of the anti-skid treatment
programme.
(b) Additional Railtrack Incursion

That consideration of this item be deferred until action is taken in
relation to the concerns expressed by Councillor Barbara Miller with
regard to Cromwell Road.

with specific reference to (a) the difference in opinion between
partners with regard to the process, (b) the need to produce a five
year improvement programme which addressed the concerns of

that all works needed within an area were carried out at the same
time and (d) the results of the pilot project, be noted and actioned
accordingly.
