BACKGROUND
Last year Members of the Panel agreed that the Transport and General Workers Union, who
represent some of the Hackney Carriage Drivers, could attend the Licensing Regulatory Panel on a
quarterly basis to discuss any issues that may have arisen.
One of the criteria for attendance was that the T&GWU submit an agenda to the Panel prior to
appearing. Please see below for the agenda submitted.
