4. Background.
A request has been received by the TGWU for a representative to attend the Licensing
Regulatory Panel in February.
It was decided at a previous meeting of the Licensing Committee that the attendance of the
TGWU would be permitted on the condition that an agenda was presented to the Licensing
Department before the meeting, outlining the matters to be discussed.
