SALFORD CITY COUNCIL - RECORD OF DECISION
I, HARRY SEATON, THE DIRECTOR OF HOUSING SERVICES,
in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Paragraph 6A of Section 2F of the
Scheme of Delegation of the Council, and following consultation with Councillors
WARMISHAM and HUNT being the Lead and the Deputy Lead Member,
respectively, for the Housing function, do hereby approve :
The tender of Permicoat for re-roofing Floral Court (Salford North) & Davies Street
(Eccles) in the sum of £56,370.00.
Inclusive of fees, the overall scheme cost is anticipated to be £62,007.
The reasons are that the existing roof coverings are in need of repair with some flats
suffering water penetration.
The source of funding is Housing Investment Programme – Capital 2001 / 2002
The budget allocation is £82000.00
