Purpose of Collection: To raise funds to benefit Joseph Burns
1.2 The Principal Licensing Officer has delegated powers to issues charitable collections.
However, if the organisation has not previously had a permit with this authority the application must
be decided by the Licensing Regulatory Panel.

The organisation have provided supporting literature. The Organisation appears to be a bona fide
charitable organisation and Members and requested to agree to the grant of a permit.
