To seek approval for a rent free period of one year

I recommend that the Lead Member approves the transaction as detailed below.
INFORMATION.
Roof repairs required at the above premises. Under the terms of the tenancy Worsley
Horticultural Society are responsible for these repairs. The tenant requested assistance and
following
consultation with Director of Housing Services a rent free period equivalent
to £200 is
recommended.
