RECOMMENDATIONS: That the cabinet notes and records the “Exception to
Standing Orders”.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The above equipment is available from a sole supplier
only. The Director of Education and Leisure approved
an “Exception to Standing Orders” in consultation with
the Lead Member and Deputy Lead Member for
Education on 27th October 2000, in accordance with
Standing Order 43.1(iv).
