The Team
Introduction
The goal of our project was to build a
device to raise a 1 kg mass to a height
of 1 m in 10 seconds.
 All of our parts were purchased at
Lowe’s. Others were very easy to find
household items.


 Allows the Water Bottle to raise the
weight to a height of 1 m


Conclusions
Our project took about 3 hours to build
and plan in its entirety.
 Problems Faced:

 Getting the hinges to stay horizontal
 Getting the structure to be stable
 Getting the device to actually work
