prosecutors, lawyers, businessmen, consumers, civil
society, academia/media, etc.
Reforms: good governance, transparency and
accountable institutions contribute a lot to fair
competition in the markets
Voice of consumers: “Consumer protection
organization” to protect Cambodian consumers and
raise awareness
