Before submitting your application please affirm that:
__ I understand that I must attend the two mandatory, all-day training sessions on Friday, August
23 and Saturday August 24, 2013.
__ I have already taken or I am concurrently taking: Corporations or Business Associations plus
one of the following: Corporate Finance, Employment Law, Sales & Leases, Securities
Regulation, Venture Capital, or Business Planning.
__ I recognize that the Technology Startup Clinic demands a substantial time commitment.
