Executive Director Purpose Purpose: Provides leadership for three reporting units and is responsible for overseeing the administration of the federal, state and institutional student aid programs and the corresponding operating budget. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of comprehensive experience in managing need and merit based funds in a university financial aid operation, implementing and maintaining financial controls, complying with governing regulations, experience in designing and implementing appropriate compliance procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in relational environments, systems migration and implementation. Experience with the strategic use of aid and aid leveraging to achieve institutional enrollment objectives. Extensive experience in managing institutional based scholarship programs and experience working within a financial aid operation that relies extensively on technology. The successful candidate will have demonstrated personnel management and leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively, a commitment to exceptional student service and staff development.
