Literacy Circles
Reflections
Now that you have finished reading your Literacy Circle book, you
will need to write a reflection of the story.
The following requirements must be followed to receive credit:
1. Each individual member must write their own reflection.
2. Reflection must be typed in proper paragraph format.
Conventions and Grammar Count!!
3. You must include the following:
a. Title Page with the following
i. Title of the book
ii. Author of the book
iii. Genre of the Book
iv. Your Name
v. Picture of the book
b. Write about your favorite part of the book and why it was
important to the story.
c. Describe an interesting or important character in your
book, and why you found that character to be so
important/interesting.
d. Write about something that surprised you or that you
found interesting.
e. Explain how the book reminds you of yourself, people
you know, or of something that happened in your life.
f. Explain why you think that your book is popular with
students in the class
g. Describe what you would change about the book if you
could rewrite it.
You have one week to complete this assignment. It is
due the next time your Literacy Circle Group meets!
