II. REPORTS
A. President’s Reports- 2 mins.
Club Day and Marlon you need to link up with Torrez
Ragudo- Table
Wanting to get an SCC Kickball team 12 people
*Games will be held at 6:00pm-9:30pm on campus

1.) Public Relations, Com. Snuggs ( Not Here)
*March in March
*Didn’t go with original airbrush person because he was unreliable and
talked with Dixon, and Turner so we went with Knox
* Planning ASG Newsletter and public information through i-mail
*Kick-off on Smarty Gra- Textbook Vouchers Books for Beads
*1 hour Seminar February 28th 11-12, can write on resume
2.) Legislative Affairs, Com. Miller
*We need more Senators we only have 3
* We need foot soldiers
3.) Environmental Affairs, Com. Simonsen
*Planning for Earth Day, Ragudo has something so they are going to get
together.
*Native American Sustainability
4.) Student Affairs, Com. Ragudo
* Moc Funeral – March 31st Lara has helped with this
* Still need to finalize facilitiesīƒ  stage, media…etc
5.) Technology, Com. Haroun
*The computer in the ASG office has been replaced, has window LRCCD
* In the future I would like to be able to have the other computer replaced
as well.
*ASG Website has Photo Bucket
*Camcorder and wants to start a YouTube account

*Jaws program (Visually impaired) use
* Club Day- Attending the meetings for ICC are invited only
*Snuggs- Why are they only invited if they go to meetings?

* Take your time to spread the word about the upcoming ASG elections and about
the benefits of getting involved on campus through short in-class presentations in some of
the classes

A former leading member of social movements, author, educator, and advocate for social
justice for all people and issues.

individual community.

A. Cultural Exchange: ( Commissioner Ragudo)(3 Min)
*To exchange different types of cultural differences
Not group- Cultural needs to be separate.
B. Clothes Close/ City Farm: (ICC President Carter)(6 Min)
*Clothes bounced out of SCC office
Dixon-For more information talk to Pam Fierty (farming) SG upstairs
C. Brown Issues Support: (Brown Issues Members)(3 Min)
Lacking 0f funding help with funding scholarships (ask for funding)
Prasad (as guest) - ASG fundraising as well and that funding is being matched.
Carter- Any problems any idea within community issue (lesson plan)
Simonsen- Do you know or have any idea on the cost of materials.
Turner- Put Ragudo and Carter back on agenda.

Snuggs- Worked with Julio outside on a political level.

Reed- SSCCC we will have to take upon ourselves
Williams- Invited some people to talk to about constitution need to get feedback
for judicial branch
Reed- BSU hosting a fundraiser.
