Hello, everyone, our members are Jessica, Rita and Bobby and we are going to introduce the topic of health. We will divide our presentation in two parts. One is about which food can bring health and the other is how to live in a regular life. Now, let’s start on the first part.

I am Jessica, I am going to tell you which food can bring health and which ingredients can prevent from diseases. The first one is very common in our lives , that is milk, milk has more than twenty five vitamins, includ ing vitamin A, C, D, and it can regulate metabolism and increase nutritional intakes. The calcium in milk can increase the bones and teeth, reduce the incidence of bone atrophy disease. In addition, vitamin B in milk can improve eyesight. Our suggestion is that you can drink milk before bedtime , it can help you sleep well .

The second one is sweet potato es . It contains dietary fiber, carotene, vitamin A,

B, C, E and potassium, iron, copper, selenium, calcium and more than 10 kinds of trace elements, high nutritional value. Nutritionists have called it as the most balanced nutritio us healthy food.

It also contains high fiber, and help s you relieve constipation, and promote bowel movement, so, we must add enough water. The best way to eat sweet potatoes is to eat with their skins because it has a good fiber quality.

I am Bobby and I want to show you some ways to live in a regular and healthy life. First, do not stay up late because if you exhaust yourself too much , your immune system will decline, so you had better go to sleep before 12o'clock . S econd, in your free time, you can do some exercises, for example, I would like to recommend you to go swimming . S wimming is a great kind of sport indeed because it can improves your heart-lung function and blood circulation, increases the flexibly of the body and enhances balance and coordination . By the way, you don't need to expose to the sun.

The last tip for a healthy life style is take a break anytime. Nowadays , some people always overwork, and i t makes the body of the nervous function disorder and it will cause stress, so don't forget to take care of your health even you are busy, taking a rest whenever you are tired, don't make yourself too exhausted . In these ways, you can keep your body much health ier .

To sum up, we can know about food and regular lifestyle are important to our health . The nutrition of food can efficiently let our body get away from some specific diseases, like milk can relieve stress, potatoes can improve constipation. And our lifestyle is also important. In order to stay healthy, we must keep our lifestyle

regularly and also do some exercises to strengthen our bod ies . So, if you want to keep your body healthy, you had better eat some nutritious food and have a great lifestyle.
