The standard formula needs to be approved Overview Faculty SCH/FTE Department workload average should exceed the number of faculty in the department. Faculty FTE generated should be greater than or equal to the actual number of faculty. The 3 Year Average by faculty member should not decline. 2 years of information is in the file from Steve. Banner instructor of record is key component If departmental FTE is less than the number of faculty in the department there should be no need for part time or visiting faculty, unless there are instructional gaps where there is no faculty expertise within. New SCH/FTE New subsidy model classification to course level 2 year average for each faculty is on the data from Steve. Column I gives the New Subsidy Model Code Column K give the New Subsidy Model Value You could use a saved version of Steve’s report to model the AY15-16 year.
