My hometown
I was born in Minxiong township in Chiayi county. Minxiong is located in a rural
area with many green rice fields and asphalt. When walking on the road, you could
see few people wandering close to the trees. All of the elder in our village like to sit
under the trees and chat to each other. And lots of men are strong enough to earn
money and raise the family. I enjoy the gorgeous sunset in the attic of my house
every day. It’s so beautiful that I can’t describe this scenery with any word. For there
is not much light pollution nearby, I could see many twinkling stars in the night sky. In
spite of leaving home to study outside, I am still keen to return to my lovely
hometown.
