Dear Mr. Bond:
Thank you for your fax of March 10 for Multi-touch Screen TX-9 &
TX-16.
Please kindly understand that we are already quoted you our best prices,
and it is impossible to have 20 % down. We regret to say that there is no
room to make any further concession as the costs of raw materials have
increased so much since February.
For the samples you requested, the total amount is about US$100/pc for
each item. In addition, the courier cost is very high and must be paid by
your company. Please kindly inform us of your FedEx account number,
so that we can send the samples “freight collect”.
Concerning the payment, we can accept the payment: 30 %
down-payment, and 70 % by T/T before shipment, according to our
company policy. And the delivery will be within 30-45 days after receipt
of your T/T.
