• William Shakespeare date of birth is unknown to the world ,but his baptized date is April 26, 1564

• He was born in Stratford—upon—Avon,

United Kingdom

• He started his education at a primary school until he was 7 years old, when he then started going to King Edward VI

Grammar School also known as The

King’s School until he finished early at the age of 14.

• He married Anne Hathaway at the age of 18, He had three children: Susanna

Hall, Hamnet Shakespeare, and Judith

William Shakespeare's extends from theatre and literature to present-day movies, Western philosophy, and the English language itself. He is widely regarded as the greatest writer in the history of the English language, and the world's pre-eminent dramatist. Shakespeare transformed European theatre by expanding expectations about what could be accomplished through innovation in characterization, plot, language and genre.

Melville and Charles Dickens

In the book, Holling Hoodhood reads Shakespeare’s plays with Mrs. Baker ,and as he reads them he is able to connect some character to his life. For example he shows that he can relate to the character Caliban , from the Temptest, because he is dealing with his family and friends being hard on him.

Shakespeare originally went to London to become an actor

,but soon started writing plays and poems that would change the world. Some of his most famous plays are tragedies such as

Romeo and Juliet , Macbeth, and Hamlet .

Shakespeare wrote his first play Henry VI, Part One in 1590

By late 1597 17 of Shakespeare’s plays had been published in London.

Publishes his first long poem , Venus and Adonis, in 1593

1598: He wrote Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Nights Dream, etc.

1601 : He wrote Hamlet

1609: He published a book of 154 sonnets
