Morning Shift
 Report at 7:30 a.m.
 Park in the staff lot
 Meeting with Volunteer
supervisor at 7:45 a.m.
 Mid-morning break
when possible
 Debriefing at 1 p.m.
 Lunch at 1:30 p.m.
Afternoon Shift
 Report at 11:30 a.m.
 Park in the overflow lot
 Meeting with Volunteer
supervisor at 11:45 a.m.
 Mid-morning break
when possible
 Debriefing at 5 p.m.
 Meal at 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities of Volunteers




Collect resumes of
applicants
Enter basic applicant
information into database
Escort applicants to
employers’ booths; make
appropriate introductions
Provide information to
applicants and employers
as necessary
