Hello everyone - This may clarify any confusion about
the postings.
Postings are the distance learning equivalent of
talking in class, and are considered a part of any
distance learning class. This is similar to posting a
comment on a bulletin board, having others read it,
write their own note and stick it up on the board for
others to comment on. You may ask your own questions
on any related topic, reply to other's comments, or
simply put up a comment of your own. You may also
include a website URL that you like, or is related to
your posting for people to go to.
The postings are supposed to be a student directed
discussion, however, Jennifer suggested the idea of
your instructor posting questions on various topics to
start a discussion. Let me know what you think of this
idea. I am interested to see how many replies I
receive, and what you think.
Finally, be considerate of others in expressing your
opinions, and respect the opinions of others, just as
you would in class.
