Posting Policy
Procedures Non College Entities
Ramapo College allows the posting of notices to promote the College, provide information about College
activities, events, and services, as well as matters directly related to the health, safety, security, or welfare
of the community.
It is expressly prohibited for any individual, agency, organization, or group not officially affiliated with the
College to use any surface to display any written or otherwise visual materials for commercial or any other
purposes as noted above. Exclusive contracts between the College and suppliers of contracted services
prohibit advertising from off-campus vendors, therefore requests to advertise for these services will be
denied.
Promotion of political candidates, political parties, and support or opposition to any issue on or intended for
a public election ballot is prohibited.
Violations of the policy
Postings that do not comply with this policy will be removed and discarded.
Exceptions to this policy may be made only by the Chief Planning Officer.
