COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course introduces the entrepreneurial student to the product selection, pricing, and marketing processes. Products/services are selected. Pricing strategies and channels of distribution are discussed. Specific marketing and selling strategies are reviewed.
The Product, Pricing and Marketing sections of a Business Plan are written. Computer Fee.

REQUIREMENTS: Regular class attendance is a requirement for success in this class. Course includes lectures and demonstrations. Class activities may not allow time for you to complete all of your assignments during class periods. Therefore, it may be necessary for you to schedule outside computer lab time each week. OPEN COMPUTER LAB HOURS are posted in the
Library Computer Lab and in IB3303 Computer Lab. All students have access to the computer labs (with a valid North ID card
Assignments will be given in class and MUST be turned in at the beginning of class on date due.
The date, the course name, your name, and the name of the assignment must be in the header or footer or cover page of each assignment (e.g., “October 6, 2011, BUS 151, Marsha Moss, ,
Washington Business Laws). Assignments not labeled will not be graded .
Since assignments will be given in class, it will be your responsibility to obtain assignments and any notes from a classmate (or make arrangements with the instructor) if you are absent.
