Thorough discussion of appraisal principles, accompanied by practical examples provides a solid foundation in appraisal basics. A calculator is recommended. Tape recorders are not permitted during class lecture sessions. 3 credits (30 clock hours) LEARNING OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this course, students should be able to 1. GRADING SYSTEM: Based on the following: Weekly Discussion Posts and Replies worth 125 points each week worth a total of 1000 points Twelve open book quizzes (lowest scoring two will be dropped) worth 100 points for a total of 1000 points with multiple choice questions One open book mid-term exam worth 1000 points.
