Goals for Stephanie Solomon Core Status IEP 2014- 2017 1. Get to know all faculty and staff in the department and those connected to the department 2. Familiarize myself with and determine how to best utilize the campus resources available – media services, the writing center, computer labs, etc. 3. Familiarize myself with the entire IEP program – from the point where a student enters the program to the point that a student exits the program 4. Familiarize myself with the different IEP levels taught and MCOs for each 5. Improve syllabi to be very clear and easily understandable to students (Re: New Faculty Institute, Faculty Development Day – NSC) 6. Continue to improve staying abreast of procedural duties: reporting absences, communication with Anne and cohort about students’ progress etc. 7. Continue to learn and implement different aspects of CANVAS in my courses (mtgs at 2pm) 8. Implement new ideas? (for discussion)
