Lisa Goetsch, Reeve Memorial Union Reservations Coordinator one time requests for entire academic year, all routine meeting only Fall 2015 once a better idea maybe October we will take through TitanLink sheets, two different url or one time request or one time meeting, mid the end of April confirmations will be sent out to see, couple weeks before hear a confirmation if you have an event. Great process, different rooms and see helpful. Routine meeting ut and then changed it.

Create a proposal fill out application, talk to Coty or Daniel, and schedule a time to present to the committee after proposals are in. Full application process takes an hour then go
