The first disbursement of the YEP grant after approval will only be made upon the receipt of the first aid certificates or course trainer’s letter to certify 2 team member(s)/leader(s) as qualified first aiders. f2) First Aid Course Fee Receipts (for teams claiming for the first aid training course fee subsidy for a maximum of 2 persons) Please submit a scanned copy of the 2 first aid course fee receipts at application.
