

Crude Accounting Intern

Conducted annual physical-to-physical audit of 40 million barrels of crude inventory; identified over 200,000 barrels valued at
approximately $17 million that were unaccounted for and presented results to senior management

Interviewed and collaborated with crude accounting analysts to map existing processes and key internal controls

Constructed standardized procedures for conducting future audits of crude accounting information systems; these procedures were
adopted and are currently being utilized by the internal audit department

Authored a physical-to-physical audit manual and trained 7 crude analysts on new audit procedures; one year after implementing
the new procedures, the audit was conducted in half the time and resulted in a 200,000 barrel reduction in errors

Prepared delinquent loan reports for the Chief Financial Officer by reviewing files and interviewing loan officers

Analyzed competitor product and service offerings and compared them to the Bank of Fairfield’s; constructed an opportunity
