Purpose: ( 1) To give principals feedback on current level of performance on Criterion of Focus in regards to the AWSP Leadership Framework rubrics, (2) Discuss progress toward Student
Growth Goals, (3) Review the principal’s self-reflection assessment of performance based on the AWSP Leadership Framework rubrics.

Feedback: Using the AWSP Framework rubrics, Principal and evaluator will engage in conversations to review evidence shared, measures of success, and discuss current level of performance on the Criterion of Focus to date.

Student Growth Goal: Principals and evaluators will review Student Growth progress to date. (Refer to Student Growth Goal Setting form.)

Self-Reflecti on : Prior to the check-in, the principal shall reflect on the Criterion of
