The thought that the constitutionality of the income tax system in this
country would be ignored by the panel is abhorrant! If our leaders
refuse to measure any legislation against the constitutional mandate,
we might as well hang it up for good...for the future of our country is
lost! To deny the redress on this vital issue and a thorough disection
of the present research is to begin the process of permanent usurpation
of authority by a government that has NEVER been such authority. We
understand what they are afraid of. We are not foolish regarding the
overwhelming evidence supporting the illigality of the present tax
system. If soon, the citizens of this country do not stand up for what
is right, we will all be expected to be on our knees to kiss the rings
of those who would eventually have the power to impose any system of
