Subject: My sugestion for changes in the current tax system
Dear sirs and alleged patriots:
I would like to submit that our system of income or direct tax be in
complete compliance with the Constitution and that all of you who have
sworn to protect and defend that document do so. That he apportionment
provision of the Constitution be met and that all direct taxes be laid
and apportioned by the congress not through amendment.
In addition a federal excise tax will more than provide all of the
necessary revenues required. The way the tax system is oriented now all
of the income tax collected is used to pay the interest on the federal
reserve notes. We should also go back on a precious metals standard as
it was designed by our founding fathers who knew the full penalty of
fiat money such as the Federal Reserve Note. Our government will heal
itself if would just let it work the way it was intended to work.
Now we have too many incentives for fiscal corruption. We balance
inflation by indexing foreign investment notes and causing lesser
economies to inflate in order to give the impression that our own
currency isn't inflating as fast as the rest of the world's monetary
systems.
The Federal Reserve Bank is not our friend! Even your own commission
has basically hire the fox to watch the henhouse.
Sincerely,
Dean W. Keenhold
