 Using the Chromebooks; find out the exact number of servings required for Grains, Fruits, Protein, Vegetables,
and Dairy, then write it next to the title of each section.
 Decide what foods you enjoy for each section and draw a picture of that food. Draw one piece of food for each
serving. Example: If Fruits require 5 servings a day and you enjoy Bananas, Apples, Oranges, Grapes, and
Strawberries; you will draw one of each to represent the number of servings. Leave space for writing and make
sure to color your food.
 Research how many calories, on average, can be found in each food, as well as what vitamins, minerals, and/or
fat. List somewhere around the food or at the bottom of this page what you find.
