DISD Cisco Phone Tips The number to access your voicemail has changed to 4444 Cisco Phones If you have a problem with a Cisco phone follow these steps: o Disconnect the phone from the network. To do this you will need to remove the patch cable, count to 20, and then plug the patch cable back in. It will take it a couple of minutes to reconfigure. o You will need to setup your phone after it reconfigures. (Ringer, volume, etc.) o If you hear an echo turn the volume down on your phone. o Contact the HelpDesk if the problem persists. Unity Voicemail To check voicemail from school: o Dial 4444 from any phone in the district (DO NOT dial a 9 to get an outside line before dialing 4444) o When you hear the Unity message begin, press the star key * o It will ask for your ID (which is the last four digits of your phone number) plus the # key Example: 1234# o It will then ask for your password To check voicemail from home: o Dial 369-4444 o When you hear the Unity message begin, press the star key * o It will ask for your ID (which is the last four digits of your phone number) plus the pound # key Example: 1234# o It will then ask for your password If you forget your voicemail password, send in a HEAT ticket to have your voicemail password reset to the default. http://www.dentonisd.org/ticket/new.htm You will receive an email to notify you when it has been reset.
