Elmo Image Mate Fix
This is a driver issue for the Elmo. Here is the fix:
Log in as yourself
Right-Click on My Computer
Select Properties
Select Hardware
Select Device Manager
Right -Click on USB (it will have a ? mark on it) not the USB video
device
Select update driver
Select install from a specific location
Select Browse
Click on the + to expand local disk C: (if not expanded)
Click on the + to expand Program Files
Click on Elmo and select next to install the driver
