Bonded/non-bonded warehousing—please clarify whether there is a requirement for bonded
warehousing space? There is no requirement for bonded warehouse space.

For contract type (Part B section (iii))—is it 12 months continuous or 12 months with month-tomonth contracting? Work Orders would be issued based on need per time.

In Part C, section 1.2 and 1.20/1.22 refer to transport/distribution activities—please clarify the
distribution requirements as elsewhere the RFP scope refers primarily to
warehousing?
There are no distribution requirement tied to this RFP, it is purely for warehousing services

Insurance—Work Order 7.26 states 1,345 pallets at $9.6m for a similar product category. This is a
significantly different figure from this RFP –please could you confirm the value at $463,370.69? The total
value of all commodities ordered is $15,982,189.75
7. Part C: Statement of Work Section 1 b) 1.2 references transport of products… according to the
regular delivery schedule and or special delivery orders; should the proposal provide pricing for
distribution of products? Is so, will the referenced delivery schedule (including destinations) and the
frequency of special orders distribution data be provided to offeror’s? RFP is for warehousing only
