Course Description
This course provides students with a foundation in
economics. This course covers all aspects of economics
from basic theories to personal finance.
Required Materials

Binder or Folder: This will be used to store
reading worksheets, materials for portfolio.

Notebook: You will need to write frequently.


GRADING POLICY
 Problem Sets – 20%
 Assignments – 20%
 Canvas Quizzes – 10%

 Tests – 40%
 MCESA Final – 10%
3. MPS Dress Code is

Grading Policy
All grades are given as part of a point system.
Every assignment and quiz is given a certain
value, see the Homework Policy below. Every
test will be worth 70 points. Below is the grading
scale. You will be given regular updates on your
grade.

= 80 – 89%
= 70 – 79%
= 60 – 69%
