Toluene(~10-15ml)
FeCl3 (~20mg)
Reverse micelle loaded with
iron salt about 10-15ml

Prepared outside of
cleanroom
Spin-coating on Si
Only at this step, I want to use a spincoater (Au contaminated) in cleanroom.
I will not store the solution in SNF.
For each casted substrate, I only need
20ul of the solution.
