Hi, my name is Anna. I eat at you restaurant regularly. The food is always delicious and
the service is normally fair. Every month for my school’s late start we go to the Egg and I
by our house, we won’t go anywhere else. All and all I enjoy your café.
The last late start that my school had my friends and I went to the local Egg and I. When
we arrived there, there was barely and crowd three people waiting tables, and one chef.
When my party was finally seated it took over 15 minutes to get our drinks. After we told
our waitress our orders, it took over 45 minutes to get our food. While we were waiting
for our orders, there were several people who came after us who finished their meals and
left before us. When our food finally did arrive, my waffles and my two friend’s omelets
were cold. We had to rush to eat because we only had a few minutes until school started.
I would like to make this problem right. I would expect you to have more people working
on the morning of late start so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I would also request
that our meal would be refunded. I will still continue to eat at you restaurant because of
previous visits. Thank you for your time and services.
